THE PERSON BEHIND FOCAL LINE

Sotiris Haidemenos, founder of Focal LineSotiris
FOUNDER, FOCAL LINE

Hi, I’m Sotiris.

Focal Line is personal to me. I want to work closely with people whose knowledge I find interesting, understand what they’re trying to build and help them make it happen.

I graduated with a degree in psychology, but chose a different path. Through my father’s business in online advertising and website development, I gained practical skills in websites and digital marketing. Today, I bring those skills to Focal Line, while psychology still shapes how I think about the people we’re creating for.

If we work together, I’d like you to feel comfortable sharing ideas, asking questions and saying when something doesn’t feel right. It’s your knowledge and your name on the product. I want us both to feel proud of what we put out.

— Sotiris

Before we talk

Your questions,
answered.

Do we need to build something new?

No. We can help with a first product, improve an offer that is not selling well or strengthen the systems behind one that already sells. We review what exists and agree the work you need.

How do you test demand?

We review your existing sales and audience feedback. If demand needs testing, we use a relevant paid workshop, pilot or presale. Purchases, participation and feedback help us decide whether to build further or adjust the offer.

How does the revenue share work?

There is no upfront development fee or fixed percentage for every partnership. We agree a share based on the product scope, work and each side’s contribution. It covers the agreed products, not all your income. If those products generate no revenue, there is no revenue share for us.

The written agreement defines the percentage, revenue basis, fees, refunds, reporting, payments and duration. Software, platform fees, advertising and other external costs are agreed separately.

Who owns the product, and what happens if we part ways?

The finished product belongs to you, the creator. Before production, we agree the rights to any pre-existing or third-party materials, account access and control, and what happens to existing customers, ongoing responsibilities and revenue share if either side leaves.

What do I contribute and approve?

You provide the expertise, recordings where needed, timely reviews and agreed promotion. You approve technical accuracy, brand, offer, pricing and release. Live teaching or ongoing support depends on the format; we agree on that time before production.

What happens after launch?

We review sales, customer feedback and delivery, then improve the product and sales journey. We can also develop complementary products, bundles and recurring offers. The ongoing work and responsibilities are agreed for each next phase.

Does every partnership include every service?

We agree a specific scope around your starting point. We select the product work, pages, tools, automation, launch channels and support you need. Paid advertising, a dedicated sales team and ongoing channel or community management are included only if explicitly agreed. External costs and ongoing responsibilities are agreed before work starts.

Who handles the legal and tax requirements?

We implement the approved terms, privacy information, content permissions and refund policies, and configure relevant checkout and tax settings. You and your legal or tax advisers determine the requirements for your business.
